The SMART BELT DRIVE application, developed by Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems, now replaces Easy tension. Hutchinson Sistemas de Transmisión ha desarrollado la aplicación Easy Tension para medir la frecuencia o la tensión de su correa Hutchinson (Flexonic®, Poly V, Conveyxonic®).

It now offers a complete toolbox for your belt drive systems.
You will benefit from a complete diagnosis that will allow you to obtain optimal performance in terms of general behaviour, energy efficiency and an extended service life of your transmission system.

This application includes:

  • Measuring the rotary speeds of your pulleys 
  • Measuring the frequency and tension of your belt 
  • Measuring the geometry and misalignment of your system 
  • Analyzing all these data to carry out a complete check-up of your belt drive system 

All of these tools allow you to:

  • Prevent and intervene on your transmission when something goes wrong 
  • Carry out preventive maintenance operations 
  • Control the energy efficiency of your transmission, allow energy savings and reduce your GHG emissions
